ViiV Healthcare: On-line Services for Advocates

Do your clients need refills? Is it time for them to re-enroll in the program? These and other questions can be answered through your secure on-line account available to registered advocates 24/7.

Registered Advocates are able to conduct searches to determine their clients’ activity in the ViiV Healthcare Patient Assistance Program. Password protected information is available at the patient level any time of day through an on-line account:

  • Clients due for a refill,
  • Clients due for re-enrollment,
  • Names of ViiV Healthcare medicine(s) received through the program,
  • Status of the client: active, pending, inactive,
  • Client contact information and ID number.
